NDIS Support Coordination and Social Work
MyLink provides Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Social Work under the NDIS funding scheme. Our registered support coordinators and social workers offer a personalised service tailored to our client’s specific circumstance, so they can make the most of their NDIS plan and reach their goals.
Aged Care Social Work
Our experienced Aged Care Social Workers can help navigate the package or funding provided by My Aged Care and explain what’s included in your level of funding. We get to know each of our client’s and their specific needs, so that we can connect them with services to best assist them in living a healthier, happier life.
Veterans Affairs Social Work
MyLink offers social work services for veterans through a social work referral from your General Practitioner under the DVA funding scheme. Our experienced social workers work closely with each of our clients to ensure they make the most of their DVA funding and feel supported throughout the process.
Employee Assistance Program
MyLink provides a confidential employee assistance program, to increase the wellbeing of employees and staff members. Having someone to talk to, outside of the company, can be a great way to improve employee morale and safeguard the mental health of staff.
